"Sakanishiki" was named by "Saka shrine" which is enshrined in the god of making sake in Izumo city, Shimame Prefecture. "Sakanishiki" is used after carefully polishing up to 40%. You can enjoy the fascinating Muscat fragrance and refreshing taste.
The label and fancy box are handwritten by the up-and-coming female writer, Yuna Okanishi. Combined with Izumo brew master, you can feel both “tradition” and “newness” of Japanese culture.
